The Residence
Standing on Drexel Avenue since 1925, the building carries the signatures of Miami Beach's golden era — pastel stucco, banded façades, and gardens behind a white picket line — a few blocks from the ocean in the heart of the historic district.
Today it is home to a small association of owners who keep its tropical-Deco character cared for, lit warm, and alive.
